Wholesale Accounts:
To sign up for our wholesale program, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form.
A State Tax ID must be faxed to us with your first order to set up your wholesale account. Please fax to 501-916-9260
Wholesale prices are 40% off the retail prices listed on our website, excluding rhinestone designs.
Minimum purchase of 25 pieces per design/per color required.

Payments:
For money orders and checks, please include a copy of your order or email confirmation with order #.

We reserve the right to change information and pricing of our products and services without prior notice.

Returns:

Wholesale Applique offers the following return policy:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Used appliques will not be accepted.

All sales of clearance merchandise are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing clearance items. These items are clearly marked "clearance" on the product page, the shopping cart page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.

To ensure we are able to process your return, enclose one of the following:
1. A copy of your original packing slip, or
2. A copy of your order confirmation email, or
3. The name and address of the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.

Backorders:
Due to the sheer volume and quantity of items we carry, we do have backorders. If your order has an item that is not in stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and automatically backorder remaining items. If you do not want to backorder your items, please add a note to the order in the space provided for customer comments.
We ship most orders within 24-48 hours of order receipt, however some orders may be delayed. If your order is time sensitive, please call ahead and make sure we have sufficient stock to accomodate your needs.
