Instructions

Heat Seal Instructions for Nail Head Transfers:

Peel clear film from paper backing. Place on garment in desired position, adhesive side down. Cover with thin cloth if desired or if fabric is thin.

Laundering items: Turn garment inside out. Do not wash in hot water as the water temperature may reactivate the adhesive causing the patch to peel off of the garment.

Using a Heat Seal Machine:

For most fabrics:

350 degrees for 10-12 seconds

Remove clear film, replace cloth, and reapply heat for an additional 10-12 seconds

Delicate Fabrics:

Reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Use light pressure for 7-10 seconds.

Repeat without film.

Using an Iron:

Pre-heat iron to "cotton" setting. DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION

Position appliqué on garment.Cover design with thin pressing cloth

Press straight down for 10-12 seconds with constant pressure - NO BACK & FORTH

Remove clear film, replace cloth and reapply heat for an additional 10-12 seconds.

Heat Seal Instructions for Iron On Appliqués

Heat seal to polyester/cotton fabrics. Do not apply to rayon, nylon or tri-acetate fabrics. Once applied, appliqué is permanently attached to garment & is washable, dryable and dry cleanable, although washing in hot water and drying on high heat is not recommended.

Using a Heat Seal Machine:

350 degrees for 20 seconds

375 degrees for 15 seconds

Using an Iron:

Pre-heat iron to "cotton" setting. DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION

Position appliqué on garment. Cover design with thin pressing cloth.

Press straight down for 25 seconds with constant pressure - NO BACK & FORTH

Allow cooling thoroughly before using.
