Do I need a wholesale account to shop on your site?

No! Wholesale Applique is a retail website and all of our products are available to the general public. You do not need to be a business or have a license to buy from us.

 

Is there a minimum purchase?

No! You can buy as little or as many of our products as you need.

 

Do you give discounts?

Yes! All of our products are attractively priced compared to our competitors, but check out our facebook page or other social media accounts for specials and discounts!

 

Wholesale Accounts:

Can I sign up for a wholesale account?

Absolutely! You can call us at 501-916-9145 or email us for an application form to apply for a wholesale account.

 

Returns:

Do you accept returns?

We are confident that you will love our products, but in the event that one of our products does not meet your project needs, you may return any unused items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders.

 

 

Backorders:

Do you have enough stock for my order?

We stock over 2,000 items and although we try to carry enough inventory to cover all orders, we occasionally have backorders. 

 

How do you handle backorders?

We will contact you through email or telephone to discuss your backorder with you and see how you would like us to handle your order. If you need help immediately, please give us a call and we can check our inventory for you.

 

Shipping:

When will you ship my order?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you need immediate service, please give us a call. We are happy to help!

 

How do you ship packages?

To keep shipping and delivery costs low, we typically ship items via United States Postal Service.

The following shipping methods are available, First Class Package Service (5–7 business days), Priority Mail (2-4 business days) and Express (1-2 business day).

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

 

I have a special project and need my items ASAP. Can I upgrade my shipping services?

Absolutely! We can ship using Fed Ex ground, Fed Ex Two Day, or Fed Ex Overnight. 

 

Can you ship my order using my own FedEx account?

Sure! Just give us a call!

 

Do you ship international?

Every day! We are happy to ship your order, where ever in the world you may be. For expedited shipping services, please send us an email and we would be happy to give you a quote.

What do you do with my information?

We ONLY use your personal information for internal use. We occasionally send marketing materials, but we will NEVER sell your information to another company. We don't like spam either!
